The origins of SymerSpace

  • by Kris Symer

SymerSpace was first conceived in 1998, right after Al Gore invented the Internet.

And thanks to the discovery of an old hard drive, you can visit my version 1 student website as archived from the University of Washington web server known as Saul. Original URL (defunct): http://weber.u.washington.edu/~ksymer/.

Yes, we’ve been building websites since they had tildes in the URL.

Now it’s archived for humanity:

Go way back… to 1998.
